My  website is “under construction” and will be for many years, starting in November of 2016.  I have an extensive amount of material developed over decades to transfer onto this site.  It must be rewritten in order to accomplish that goal, and edited down into digestible bits and pieces as well. The goal of this website is to give people answers to questions they are unlikely to find any independent and detached party to ask.
